What complicates things further is that first you take decisions by assuming calculated risks and it is only later that you get to know whether the decision taken by you was right or not, the situation is not as simple as it may seem but is too complex for human brain to comprehend because there are infinite number of decisions that are taken on a day to day basis at different levels in your organization, each having its own effect and importance in the overall accomplishment of your goals as an entrepreneur. Which means that a single decision going wrong can trigger unexpected outcomes at different levels and functions affecting both the internal organization systems as well as the external customers of your business enterprise including but not limited to the customers, suppliers, stake holders, competitors and business partners.
