It reads as below
- The foundation is herewith referred to as the first part or We or Us or Our or KKFED or foundation or SALES PATHSHALA whereas the applicant for membership is referred to as second part or You or Your or Visitor or Guest or applicant or member, these terms may be used interchangeably in the agreement.
- The first part as a goodwill gesture has introduced this membership for aspiring/ serial entrepreneurs, wherein they may , at their sole risk and discretion, decide to apply for the membership of the foundation
- Although membership applications are sought but the final authority for granting approval to the application for the membership lies with the foundation. Foundation may decide to reject any application without assigning any reason, whatsoever and the decision of the foundation shall be final, binding on the applicant and cannot be challenged under any court of law.
- The foundation shall provide information to the members regarding upcoming offline as well online events, training programs, seminars and business opportunities. The members at their own discretion shall decide to attend or not to attend any one or more or all of these activities. Each event or activity shall have a separate set of governing instructions, applicable fees, eligibility norms and terms of agreement. These shall not be a replacement of this agreement but shall form a part of this agreement. Just by becoming a member entry to one or multiple events of the foundation does not become the right of the member and is subject to the eligibility criteria and participation terms prescribed by the foundation from time to time in conjunction with the applicable terms and conditions of the specific events in addition to this membership agreement.
- The valid membership to the foundation is on the paid basis and the foundation reserves the right to allow access to its programs and events only to the members with valid memberships fulfilling additional eligibility requirements specified for attending different events or programs organized by the foundation from time to time.
- Code of conduct of the members is an integral part of this agreement and any member found to violate the prescribed code of conduct, shall be deemed to be disqualified with immediate effect, without any notice or reason, what so ever. Foundation reserves the right to revoke access of even valid membership holder in case the member is found to breach any of the applicable terms of agreement and / or the members code of conduct prescribed by the foundation from time to time.
- The membership is open to individuals above the age of 18 years as on the date of application. Incomplete applications or applications not meeting the eligibility criteria shall be rejected without assigning any reason whatsoever
- The foundation is focused on entrepreneurship development , although all care shall be taken to ensure that the information shared in any of the events of the foundation is only correct, relevant and contemporary, members must ensure that they take informed decision regarding any actions whether in collaboration with the foundation or otherwise, it shall be the sole responsibility of the member to ensure legal compliance and business prudence. any losses arising as a consequence of such decisions shall be the sole responsibility of the member
- If the membership application is approved it shall be reviewed periodically to validate the credentials of the member, and foundation may decide to revoke the membership at any time without assigning any notice or reason whatsoever.
- The membership of the foundation does not constitute an employee employer relationship or the principal agent relationship or the agent or seller relationship. This is only a training and development platform being offered to the member, and no stipend, or any experience certificate shall be issued by the foundation for the membership period. For details of the expectations from the members please go through the member code of conduct which is an integral part of this agreement.
- Please carefully read the terms of agreement, member code of conduct and privacy policy before submitting your membership application as joining membership of the foundation shall deemed to be the acceptance of the terms of agreement, privacy policy and member code of conduct.
- The members are advised not to make any cash payments to any individual or organization pretending to be a representative of the foundation. In case any cash payment is made or any payment through any other mode is made to any other entity except to the authorized payee links in the name of SALES PATHSHALA, it shall be the sole responsibility of the member.
- Any payment made must strictly be only digital or online in the name of SALES PATHSHALA to the specified authorized payment links. At present we are accepting online payments securely only through our SBI Collect link or Razor Pay link. The applicants / members are advised to make payment only through these authorized links. Any other mode of payment in any other name or to any unauthorized link shall be null and void and shall be completely the responsibility of the payer / applicant / member.
- It shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant / member to ascertain authenticity of the valid payee for any membership or event registration fee paid by the applicant / member.
- The applicants are advised not to make any cash payment to any one pretending to be authorized representative of the foundation for any purposes whatsoever.
- Member must keep the foundation indemnified against all possible losses or consequences as a result of their dealing/ transacting with unauthorized persons at all times.
- The Terms of Agreement must be read in conjunction with Privacy Policy and Member Code of Conduct. All the three documents shall jointly apply as the prescribed terms and conditions for the said membership
