- Application for membership shall be deemed to be acceptance of privacy policy. Please read carefully and apply for membership only if you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Agreement and Member Code of Conduct.
- We maintain a record of details regarding personally identifiable information , transactions and other communication with visitors / applicants / members solely for the purpose of effective delivery of our services and to undertake periodic assessment and analysis for bringing about improvements in our working by developing new services and making our offerings more effective and relevant to requirements of our audience.
- Although we take utmost care to protect your data and privacy from cyber attacks and resulting breaches we cannot guarantee that despite our best efforts and intentions we would definitely be able to prevent such breaches in all situations and at all times.
- We do not sell data of members and strictly adhere to the prescribed norms for protecting privacy of visitors / applicants / members.
- The trade marks, patents and work products strictly remain the property of their owners and either party shall be bound to respect this mutual understanding during present association and at all times in future.
- We shall have nonrevocable rights to use names of the companies and promotors, products/services , brand , logo and other business data regarding members that is available in public domain for the purpose of business promotion & branding globally and at all present and future times and you expressly authorize us to use the same without any further need for any permission or authorization regarding the same.
- We might share your information with the government authorities as per the provisions of the law requiring the same.
- We might share your information with our employees, associates and third party vendors/organizations for necessary processing in connection with the delivery of services offered by us. Although we have a non disclosure agreement with them in place but we cannot guarantee that there will be no exceptional sporadic inadvertent instances of security breach on account of intentional or unintentional action of those handling such data.
- The Privacy Policy must be read in conjunction with Member Code of Conduct and Terms of Agreement. All the three documents shall jointly apply as the prescribed terms and conditions for the said membership
